The Bible

Is God’s Word given by divine inspiration.

Is trustworthy, sufficient, without error

Is the supreme authority and guide for all doctrine and conduct.

Is the truth by which God brings people into a saving relationship with Himself.

Is the truth leading people to Christian maturity.

God

There is one God, creator of all things, infinitely perfect, holy,  eternally existent in three equal persons - Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

God the Father

Creator and Sustainer of the Universe reigns with providential care over and all life and history in the created universe.

Hears and answers prayers.

Loves the world and initiated salvation plan by sending His one and only son into the world to become mankind’s sin bearer.

He is the father of all believers

God the Son

The Lord Jesus Christ is fully God, born of a virgin and sinlessly perfect.

His sacrifice is substitutionary and representative.

He rose bodily from the dead and ascended to His Father's right hand where He now ministers as the believer's Great High Priest.

Only begotten son of the Living God, One with the father, Came into the world to save sinners by becoming a ransom for every sinner.

He was God manifested in flesh, He is the believers High Priest and Advocate.

God the Holy Spirit

In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the believer is sealed until the day of redemption and is empowered to live a godly life as well as build up other believers.

Creation

God created an order of spiritual beings called angels to serve Him and do His will.

The holy angels are obedient spirits ministering to the heirs of salvation and glorifying God.

Satan

Certain angels, called demons, Satan being their chief, through deliberate choice revolted and fell from their exalted position.

They now tempt individuals to rebel against God.

Their destiny in hell has been sealed by Christ’s victory over sin and death

Man

Adam was created in the image of God and became the first man Adam. Eve was formed from a rib from Adam’s side and became the first woman. Together they had children.

God gave Adam the task of naming and ruling over all He had created.

Sin and Salvation

Eve was tempted by Satan and disobeyed God, Adam followed Eve’s temptation and also sinned by disobeying what God’s command. Sin separated God from Adam and Eve. God brought judgment upon Adam and Eve for their disobedience.

The Church

The local and universal Christian church consists of followers of the teachings of the apostles as they were discipled by our Lord Jesus Christ and by divine revelation of the Holy Spirit.

The local church’s purpose is to provide fellowship, teaching, nurturing of believers and worship of God.

Additionally the local church exists to equip and encourage believers to go to all nations and make disciples baptizing in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The church one day will be the Bride of Christ.

Ordinances of the Church

Baptism is the believer’s testimony of faith in God and Salvation through forgiveness of sin and confession of  placing their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Lord’s Supper is partaking of the bread and of the cup by believers meeting together as a continuing memorial of the broken body and shed blood of Christ until his return.
